GET TO THE GIG: August 16th – 19th
As summer begins its final act and that oppressive Philly heat becomes just a little less oppressive, it’ll soon be easier than ever to get to the gig! But in the meantime, here’s a few great shows that will give you an excuse to spend your summer evenings somewhere with A/C (you can thank us later). Two exciting record release parties are on the schedule this week, with both Tubey Frank’s country-affected indie rock and effervescent pop from Camp Candle promising good vibes all around. For something a little rougher, check out famed punk band The Mob at Boot and Saddle, or go to Century in South Philly for Ola Mesa’s mathy goodness.
